Editorial policy

Editorial policy

This page states how articles on this site are produced, checked, and corrected. It applies to everything published under this domain.

1. Who writes and who approves

Articles are published under the Vegas Radio Rocks Editorial Team. They are drafted with generative AI. Before an article is scheduled, the site owner reads it and approves its scope and the sources it lists. Articles have not been edited line by line by a human editor, and no individual is named as an author.

2. How we check facts

Numerical claims, rules, dates, and competition formats must trace to a primary source: the organising body, a public sports federation, the game's publisher, or an official statistical database. Sources are listed at the end of each article.

The owner's review checks that the sources are relevant to the topic; it does not re-verify every figure. Articles are also compared with their sources in a separate review, and an article in which that review finds a wrong figure, date or source is taken off the site until it is corrected.

3. How we use AI

Generative AI writes the first draft of each article. It is instructed not to invent numbers, dates, quotations or first-hand experience, but a draft can still contain mistakes. Each article shows the label “AI draft, not edited” at its foot, so readers can see how it was produced.

4. Original contribution

Each article aims to add something that a copy of the top results would not already give the reader: a worked calculation, a comparison table we built from sources, or a documented method. We do not republish text from other sites and we do not restore text from this domain's earlier owner.

5. Corrections

If you find an error, use the contact page with the page address and your source. We correct the article, or take it off the site while it is being fixed.

6. What we will not publish

  • Medical, legal, or financial advice that needs a qualified professional.
  • Reviews of products or services we have not tested.
  • Any content or outbound link in the prohibited categories listed in section 6 of our content rules.
  • Paid placement, sponsored posts, or link exchanges.
